Where does time go? Christmas has come and gone and so has the New Year. It seems like it was just Thanksgiving the other day. Ground beef is the hottest commodity at our house for most of the winter. This time of year at the ranch, it’s hotdish season. Do you call it a hotdish or a casserole?
